I am sorry for creating a disruption by falling asleep in class this morning. Not only did I miss out on important instruction time, but my snoring and your need to wake me took valuable time away from my classmates as well.
I am committing to going to bed earlier each night so that I will be more alert during my morning classes. I also appreciate your suggestion that I eat a healthful breakfast, and I will give that a try as well.
While I do hold down a job after school, I am home by 7 p.m. during the week and there is no reason why I cannot get a full eight or nine hours of sleep.
